I can´t get into the coop mode and when i try show the purple textures

i´ve been having a issue with battleye, the trouble comes when i try to play online, the game goes right, an i can play in single player, but when i activate the coop mode or try to get into a server crash and get the texture like theres not texture file, and it´s only in a multiplayer mode, any idea of what can i do?
(note:i just realized that show me this messege when crashes)
