I can't do a powershot with a bow

When trying to do a powershot with a bow, there is no long delay after pushing the heavy attack button.
The shot is done without releasing the heavy attack button.
So no powershot is done.

Even tried remapping heavy attack from RT to RB didn’t change this.

Thus there is no way to finish the 3rd step in the archer journes.

This is on Xbox One X.
