I can't login into official european PVE 8007 Isle of Siptah [infinite loading screen]

I can’t login into my official european PVE Isle of Siptah server no. 8007 to refresh timers on my builds. I’m getting stuck on infinite loading screen. I allready files a ticket on Zendesk Id #118462 but just in case I want to notify forum about it.

im trying to connect to my server and every time stop in final of log-in. i got banned? dont know why

Im trying to enter in official server 8007 and every time stop in the end of loading… i got kicked from the server? dont do anything wrong i think…

Yesterday 13 May 2023 right on the morning on 5:55 am at the server 8007 I experienced 5 “lost connection to the server” while I was playing and around at 11 pm when I logged in I got stuck at the loading screen.

Today 14 May 2023 on 5:55 am I attempted to login and still see the same issue. I left alone it for 12 min and while I was still waiting at the loading screen, the only thing I saw Pop up is a message that the server will restart in few mins while I was still at the loading screen.

I manged to log in minutes ago. Arround 7 am CEST time.
