I downloaded the game, but I can’t play online. Hi @Jonicksy, please follow [this guide](https://www.conanexiles.com/blog/find-game-databases-log-files/) on how to gather the logs for your game sessions after running the game, getting the connectivity issue, then exiting. Feel free to then share the logs privately with us through DM. Additionally, have you tried [this workaround](https://forums.funcom.com/t/for-the-people-that-it-tells-you-you-dont-have-internet/126606/9)? ---
