I exported a role on a private server and now the role cannot be imported

Greetings Everyone,

We’re still working on a permanent fix for the character transfer issue. In the meantime we’ve set up a temporary request type in our Zendesk ticket form so please make sure to report any issues with character transfers there.
When submitting a report, please make sure you include the following information:

1. Steam
2. Origin server (where you were transferring from)
3. Transfer server (where you were transferring to)
4. Character name

Also pay attention to spelling and make sure to include any special characters in the ID’s.

I just wanted to practice exporting and importing so I exported a private server role
