We are missing a recipe to create oil that should be there but was missed.

Was there any official confirmation from Funcom that the recipe was missed, as opposed to intentionally removed?

Testlive hotfix as of Nov 6th

• Fixed remaining recipe issues with T4 Alchemists.

Oil, spice, and 2 tar recipes are there now.
