I just bought Membership, but the game says I'm Free to Play!

Our account system often takes time to recognize recent purchases. The means by which the game servers update to recognize your membership purchase can take up to 15 minutes.

First

Log out of the game completely. I don’t mean return to character select; you should log out of the game and close it. Wait 15 minutes and log in again. I understand this is a significant amount of time

If you still don’t have membership in game, make a petition or visit help.funcom.com and submit a ticket. We’ll be more than happy to investigate your account. This is an urgent issue and we want to make sure we correct your account. We will correct your membership duration for any Premium Membership you were not correctly credited.
