I lost everything in my quick bar when the server went down

Bug Description:

I was picking up some of the stuff at my base because I plan on moving my base before reset. And everything in my was missing when I logged back in

Check your event log! This is always your first move if you are missing something.
Check your map for a corpse!
Sometimes you think you are in a place, but because of lags you are someplace else, typical behavior.
No mater if you died before the server restart, your toon timer for loot decay works normally.
