Today we celebrate Thanksgiving in the US. I know that there are many who are international and may not celebrate however I wanted to start this and invite everyone to join in.

I do not celebrate Thanksgiving in my home country ( Portugal), however, working in Retail, the Black Friday event has obviously come overseas and expanded quite a bit, especially in the Uk. So, I am thankful for this country that I now call home and my retail working family receiving me with open arms and being so caring and understanding, and I know I couldn’t have better sidekicks to fight at my side in the retail madness that will be tomorrow.
Retail workers, unite and stand your ground!!! We will make it through this hardship!!! 
I happen to work retail as well. I’ll be putting my head down to get through tomorrow and coming up for air Saturday or Sunday. See you then!!!
