I mean, you lost me by now, as paying customer, but I still would like my account to be fixed

I was affected by the ban with the update on Thursday and wrote to Zendesk on Thursday evening. Since there was no reaction, I decided to pay the “ransom” with a 9,99 euros purchase on Saturday night.

I got access to my account, so that worked (at least something that worked…). But I yet have to see both my old account balance to be restored as well as the new CC to be added.

I won’t go into a rant, I’m beyond that by now. I would just FINALLY like to experience some customer service after all. That would be nice. Thank you.
