I don’t think anyone is debating on whether children hypothetically exist and that slaves for the Giant Kings were encouraged to procreate.

The issue is whether that has any place in the game mechanics. If this was to become a full life sandbox (be born, grow old, die) where you can move through generations, a lot of changes would need to be made to accommodate a completely different style of game (it becomes a life sim instead of a survival game).

Can children run around Exiled Lands, can you capture them like baby animals? Possibly kill them, even if accidentally?

How do anticipate breeding humans to work? Stick two thralls in a pen, leave the female in their until gestation is complete and then BOOM, another fully grown thrall?

And that’s all aside from the grossness of forced breeding. How about no.
