I almost nuked my own base during Purge 
! The Accursed brought the orbs, I deleted them thanks to the poison, but my base suffered.

Explosive arrows have the same effect. Try this
Oil (orb or arrow)
Explosive (Demon fire or arrow)
Poison arrow

The journey steps made me realize plant fiber is the easiest way to get spice. A few sickle swipes plus a grinder and I’m ready for some black ice.

@DaVice gave you the answer. In truth I learned about it on the Forum a few years ago someone. Must have thrown a bunch of things into furnace and later turned on to make bread have never seen a hint of how to make.

I recently bumped into 1 skull bird enemies in the jungle (the big shoebills) I have never seen these before, been playing for 2+ years. Makes me wonder if there are 1 skull versions of other enemies i have yet to come across, 1 skull jaguars? 1 skull salamanders ? 1 skull Komodo dragons? who knows?
