I don’t see a video, so I’m going to assume it was taken down by moderators. Your claim that posting exploits not being against TOS, is however, false.

For proper reporting of exploits, it’s done via Exploit Hunters. The more an exploit is shared publicly, the more spread in its use (this has happened time, and time, and time again, each time people failing to understand that concept). And no, it won’t make Funcom fix it any faster, and threatening to continue to post it won’t earn you any favors either.
