Impervious vitality perk not functioning. I noticed that I had a harder time managing cold temperatures online. While in admin on single player i see the Impervious perk is not reducing the damage taken in very cold weather.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.go to very cold location
2.add to vitality to get perk
3. % life damage appears to not be changed
4.
