Improvements: UI: Crafting: Reorder items in queue

Please allow items to be moved left/right in the crafting queue so that they can be reprioritized on the fly without cancelling and resubmitting orders.

Example:
You submit order for 1,951 steel reinforcements. It starts building.
You go away and play; you level up, learn a new weapon, what have you. You return home to make a new weapon, because upgrades.
You submit order for a longsword. It starts building.
Now you either wait for a day, OR you cancel everything ahead of the longsword and resubmit it.

It would be nicer to just slide it to the left, so that it’s next in queue, then the blacksmith happily continues working on things in the order.

Blacksmith, Armorer, cook, alchemist, all of them in every mode. It’d be really nice to be able to do this with every station that crafts things just to get something you need in the middle of a huge order.
