Infinite loading screen when trying to transfert from pve-c to pve-c

Bug Description:

Can’t import character from a successfull export. The game has an infinite loading screen after selecting the desired target server.

I don’t know what to do and i fear selecting another server or playing with another account will break the process, so i don’t play :frowning:

Steps to Reproduce:

Unable to transfer character after exporting it successfully.

  1. I exported my lvl60 char from Official server #3041 PvE-Conflict g-portal (The Exiled Lands) succesfully and been disconnected
  2. I choose Official server #8020 PvE-Conflict g-portal (The Isle of Siptah) and the game starts loading
  3. the game doesn’t load anything, i have an infinite loading screen (i tried to let it load for about 30 mins)

I finally managed to log into #8020 but i don’t have any “import” option, just “male” or “female” choice…

A friend still on #3041 don’t see my corpse sleeping and don’t see me in the clan list anymore…
