Infinite transfer cooldown

I went to transfer server and came across it (lifetime cooldown).
I’m speechless to describe my frustration…
I can’t go back to exile. CONGRATULATIONS FUNCOM BREAK MY GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE… my account and my friends’ account has this INFINITE waiting time.
