wtf is this, funcome said our characters would transfer over in the new version after the update instead I got a create a character on my main server. wtf funcome?
I am having the same issue. My character did not transfer over and the game wants me to make a new character.
wtf, why would that be marked as the solution???
edit: i guess there is a bug with hearting comments now, had to heart and unheart to fix that.
My clan mate has the same issue, character did not transfer, it’s just asking him to make a new one
Even worse the member that has the missing character was going to be the one that was available to get on to try and secure our location so we logged him out with the majority of our materials and about 50+ lvl 20 thralls which now is all in limbo. Can’t believe their hasn’t been any feedback from them yet about a fix for this
that’s horrible, although funcom is now censoring fail com when you make it one word. So they have their priorities it seems.
yeah i’m in the same boat …even made a ticket but aside from a automated bot response nothing so far … my previous character that were on exiled lands are still there but the main from siptah is puff gone for some reason and prompts me to make a new character
Same here - My main on 1953 OCE seems gone. Have family on that server and my base is still there, but wants me to create new toon when logging in…such a disappointment - There goes my base and everything when I can’t log in 
I didn’t even get a bot ticket response.

I’m missing over a dozen characters. I submitted several tickets right after the update. No response and no resolution. Don’t get your hopes up.
missing a bunch from my list too, and got one in transfer limbo, sucks when you got recipees from limited time events, but ah well, just playing private now, official is kinda bad even without losing all that.
lots of people complaining about things which seem important but consider the fact that it is almost going on 6 weeks since the enhanced update and many people are still missing their characters. Makes all the other issues seem pretty minor. You lost a days worth of work? Try losing a character that is like 6 years old with everything unlocked along with 50-60 maxed out thralls all carrying your loot that you were told to pack up into them in order to do a server merge that you never wanted to do in the first place. So not only did we lose more than half of our stuff that we couldn’t pack up but now my friend’s character has just been missing since the enhanced update. No feedback, no reply to tickets. Dana has commented but doesn’t have any answers, patience has run out
I will not minimize the impact of something this crucial to you and the others that this has affected. IMHO this should have as much priority as any other gamebreaking bug that has come about or has continued.
I have not lost any characters via the transfer myself. I have lost multiple old characters that had despawned from over a year ago, I kept logs on where. I wasn’t playing with them though… it’s not as devastating as what you’re going through by any means.
Both should have been clarified though.
I agree that there should be more transparency. As much as Dana’s words may seem hollow she is doing so much more than I would have ever expected and just remember she is the messenger - which I am assuming you know and acknowledge. Nonetheless, there is always room for improvement. This is one of those things.

the least they could do is give us a reply telling us they acknowledge the issue and can expect our characters back when they FINALLY fix the issue.
Any other company would of fixed the missing characters issue or made it up to their clientele within 1 week. But funcom gotta pull that, “if we ignore the problem long enough, they will go away” stick instead for 7 weeks.
I am utterly pissed that the character I made and played with a now dead friend (they died of cancer back in 2022) and was my way of keeping them alive in my heart was lost because this company can’t be trusted with its own game!? There is no starting over and making new memories with Curtis, they fkin died!
