Intro volume set to zero still plays at full volume. Other toggles not working

So Conan Exiles Enhanced - loving it but, intro volume is playing at FULL POWA even though intro volume set to zero.

Oh, and thrall / mount distance toggles don’t stick.

Any advice exiles?
