Inventory is unusable, delets random items, links unselcted items and drops them, independant of sorting selection

When I select armor it doesn’t equip, move, or do anything. the icon blinks and I’m unable to do anything with it unless I move to unsorted, at which point it will shuffle around inventory, then I can interact. Also when I drop inventory it will drop random items that are unselected, leaving the selected items. It will also link items, such as the selected item will be linked to an unselected item, then drop both, and when I pick up the dropped item one of the dropped items will just disapear. Further my explosive arrows just deleted from my inventory Bug Reproduction: selecting items in inventory and interacting with them cause unselected item deletions, will link unrealated unselected items, will erase random items, and armors and weapons will become useable
Not a complete solution , but the primary workaround is to make sure that all inventories are set to ‘No Sort’. This won’t necessarily solve all the problems, but it should prevent the worst of it.
Yea brothers, it sucks big time and it turns your game in to total “disfunction” and frustration. You simply cannot play without fear. I really hope these problems have no place in enhanced mode, it’s good to hope that in a couple years we won’t have these issues anymore (brick lol) .
Unfortunately, there’s a lot of problems using controller with Enhanced as well - the " Benches, Stations, Inventory & UI" section of the Bug list has a lot of them listed (with links to the original posts). I don’t think this exact one is the same, but by the sound of things controllers are pretty much unusable at the moment.
Select “no sorting” and then play along is not enough as this bug comes back after some playtime. Did you try what i explained here? If so and this doesn’t work then there is a new bug or something is wrong with the server you play on.
I was randomly booted last night while playing, and when I logged back on it seems like my inv issues are gone. I’ve been dropping and moving items with sorting on. I’m grateful if they have fixed the issue
my husband account keep locking up. Then random stuff goes missing usually his weapons . This last time this morning it put his character all the way back like he just started. his jouneys he had completed not done . His clothes and weapons gone. its been happening for days. and all we get is “it sucks” after spending time and money on the game.
I have logged a couple hundred hours back on Conan after a long absence, I saw no issues within Conan Exiles however 60 hours into a game on Siptah, I was losing and duping random inventory items, it was annoying having a truncheon be replaced by a pickaxe from my inventory when I respawned at my sleeping bag. But what I was not expecting was for my game to glitch out randomly and to lose my beserker, both horses and random crafting stations and random chests full of materials. I am thankful so far this seems to only occur on Siptah and not within Conan Exiles, but this series of escalating random glitches makes single player gaming on Siptah impossible.
Huge Huge Fail. I really believed after an extended absence Funcom had stabilized gameplay on Siptah. I really do not see how anyone could consider buying any new project from a company that cannot leave an eight year old game that I have played for well over 6000 hours in a stable state before abandoning the PS5 platform. Please develope and expand the PC version to your little hearts delight, but leave console players WITH A STABLE END PROJECT.

Today some 5 hours in, logged out, made some lunch logged back in, every item on my character, in my speed wheel is gone, all the iron I am cooking is gone from furnace all I have left are items in two chests, and the items my character was wearing when I logged out inside my base.
My base also defaulted to a point some twenty minutes before I logged out, with my second floor disappearing.
Exceedingly poor to have an eight year old game that is constantly re-entering Beta.
…also can’t help but notice one of the company logos that pops up when Conan loads is
its been some eight years, had thousands of hours of enjoyment, met wonderful people and done my level best to both help FUNCOM troubleshoot their game, as well as isolate the game from updates when I felt it had hit a solid iteration. FUNCOM I originally thought it was like renting a room in a Crack Addict’s house, stuff will randomly go missing, and the rest of your stuff will eventually just get broken or smell like pee,
…but I have come to realize, for me at least Conan Exiles though exciting andat times beautiful is more like buying drugs from a Crack Addict.
He keeps promising the next batch is gonna be the best batch ever, that it is gonna blow my freaking mind, but it takes him so long to show up with my next fix that is equal parts baking soda and crack that eventually against my best efforts I dry out and don’t need to smoke his subpar crack.
Eight years and we never got a stable game, kind of amazing, in the end it is about giving up your addiction to a broken Crack Dealer who just can’t deliver.
Just in time for Dragon Dogma’s expansion. Goodbye FUNCOM FORUMS. Thank you for your suggestions on ways to work around the thousands of frustrations, this community has been exceptional.
