Invisible land claim on official server

Problem: Bug
Region: Great dam.

There are invisible buildings clipped into a tower wall preventing me from expanding in the tower near the great dam on an official pvp server. The icons are visible with a repair hammer but there is no way to access or remove them. they seem to be underground. any way to have this fixed?

If there are any buildings from other players below that area, it won’t be possible to build there since player claims fully occupy their respective vertical space.
