Invisible server 1997?

all my friends are playing and I do not see the server, when it appears I get logged in a maximum of 30 minutes and then it falls …

South ameriaca servers appear only 3.

before this halloween event worked without a problem.
now neither the server appears and other players are logged on the server.
Does anyone know a solution?

I configured the router’s ports, it worked for a while and it crashed again, if anyone knows how to make the right configuration, maybe I will stop the problem, I need the port numbers.
