Now, I’ve read just a little bit of some of the other posts expressing that there will be no further large updates for the console edition. I’m not a developer of anything computer-based, so I don’t know if adding an empty text command prompt box in the pause menu right above the (settings option) after enabling admin is considered a large update or not. I ONLY play single play or co-op, so I don’t know if the console edition has access to the (~) key on the keyboard and the command prompt on server-based sessions so this may be a niche request since nobody is talking about it in general. All I know is that single-player doesn’t have access to it at all. Now, don’t get me wrong we got the admin panel which is nice at spawning items, but is lacking some command features with set limitations when applying its current commands imo.
For example:
editing followers stats
editing player stats
Adding player ability points
change follower perks
setting pet level
setting follower level
destroy target
damage target
imo only having the admin panel just leaves players at waiting game for missing commands or features that may never be added or if added for it to potentially be watered down with sliders, and or limitations through the admin panel thus killing the fun aspect in commands themselves. Now giving the player an in-game text command prompt box to actually type in the command to the amount he or she sees fit would solve all that lmo.
No hate towards devs or anything just wish they added an in-game text command prompt box and just let the admin panel be an easier use of the text command prompt box so that you’re not locked out of the commands listed above if the admin panel doesn’t have it.
