C’mon you’ve had this one explained about a dozen times now - people aren’t just logging in and getting stuck - they are also falling through and getting stuck just while playing. What you are actually saying is “the workaround is to never step on any player constructed block” - which is obviously useless.

And that has also been explained, repeatedly - that is ‘By your measure’ (and genuinely, thank you for including that this time) - other people are measuring differently, because different things affect different people differently.

I can try to explain a bit: For some (me for example) many of those updates were significantly more minor (I lost no thralls to the thrall bug, and lost comparatively little to the Nemedian foundations, for example) - so for some, this really is the most impactful update (or the most impactful in a long while). For others it is about the accumulated frustration - that’s probably the most likely factor that might actually get me to quit, the ‘final straw’ factor if you will. As you point out, many of us have seen many bad updates of one degree or another - eventually the irritation just reaches a certain level, and this is just yet another tone-deaf (and in some ways insulting) update after so many others. For this category of player, it doesn’t even have to be the ‘worst’ update, just yet another that’s bad enough to finally tip them over the edge.

And that is very much the key message that I think the vast majority of us can agree on. Ultimately, the precise reasons only matter insofar as Funcom could potentially learn from it.
