Hi,
does anybody know about a mod, that makes it possible to merge maps?
What do I mean with that?
I would like to have all my buildings from different play throughs on one Exiled map. If it was just for optics, that would be great. If I could occupy it with a clan, even better.
Is it even possible at all?
If you have access to the save db’s then it may be possible to merge the build side of things, by extracting and merging the tables using the sqllite db browser.
I will try this myself to see if it can be done and let you know, I am not sure with regards to mods, maybe a search on steam would prove fruitful.
I’m not familiar with any mod that does this, but that doesn’t mean that one doesn’t exist, there’s far more mods than I could ever hope to know all of. I like the sound of @cyc’s suggestion - it sounds like the most practical way to do it.
Unrelated side note: @Talyna we were talking a while back about some of our crafters standing at benches but acting like they’re ready for combat. I found that when I removed ‘Emotes for Thralls’ (which was interfering with some other stuff, and is no longer really relevant except to allow one or two extra emotes that the base game doesn’t let thralls use) it seems to have fixed that problem for me. I don’t know if you’re using that mod, or still bothered by that issue, but I figured I’d pass on the info ![]()
Thought about this myself. But alas, I have absolutely no experience in something like that.
I absolutely appreciate your interest in this here! ![]()
My solution was disabling dying settlements. ^^
Funcom has a tool for it… maybe they have a freebie start, but it was on the official servers. Sorry, I didn’t see this as an answer, earlier. I’m sure it is a maze after that point, but I’m not blaming Funcom for old asylum fun.
You can use:
Steam Workshop::Pippi - User & Server Management - v3.9.14
to create and spawn blueprints:
I will have a look at this! ![]()
Since I’m using Pippi already.
Thanks!
Ah yes, that’s nice! But I don’t think one can utilize that function to copy one building from one map to another. Or so to speak, one server to another.
