Is Redeemed Legion still in Exiled Lands?

I’ve been trying to find information on this and I’m getting conflicting information through searching.

  • Is Redeemed Legion still available in Exiled Lands to craft?
  • Do you still have to have a purge armorer or will any T4 thrall work?
  • Are the stats still higher?

Yes Yes and Yes. The dungeon at the end of the big ice bridge up north about the middle of the map can`t remember the name it has the feats. There behind the boss in the dungeon at the end.
