Is sift emote is gone?

hi the book to learn sift emote in the unnamed city is gone. where i can find it now?

according to the Wiki, it does not appear to be available in game currrently.

Bugged, not implemented or outdated

I should mention, there may be something else going on here.

There are currently texture rendering issues, and it may be there, but not visible.

For example, if you kill the Boss in the Dregs and the pit drains, you should be able to see a red journal which teaches you some recipes. I completed the dungeon last night, and could not see the red journal, and had to move around until the interact option appeared. I clicked interact, and learned the recipes.
