I’ve read that Hanuman’s grotto no longer has a boss nor a way to exchange Hearts of Nordheimers for boons, also the potion created with the heart of a nordheimer no longer comes up in the exalted Ymir temple with a t4 priestess. So with all that being said is the heart useless now?
