Died. My body disappeared. Walked a distance… Found it… went back to unload some garbage. Came back it was gone, but my death marker is still present. Is there a limited time to pick up?
There is but it’s very long. I’m not sure what the exact timer is though - I see nothing about it in the ini files.
It should not have vanished that fast though. And if it did decay, there should have been a loot bag for a while afterward.
Also, be aware that the death marker can be waaaaay off. I got ganked yesterday, and thankfully I remembered “king rhino” got me because the death marker was a mile off (in game scale).
