Is there a way to globally control the volume of Conan Exiles Enhanced?

Currently, I have in-game master volume set pretty low (about 50%) but when I launch the game, the intro videos blast me full volume, along with the new menu music.

Is there a way via the config to control this?

I’ve seen quite a few comments about this, but none that seem to have found a fix. Best I can suggest is the set up I’ve got - turn the Master Volume back up to 100%, and then turn down the volume on the output/speakers themselves. (In my case it’s just a matter of adjusting the volume on Realtek from the system tray.) That way at least you don’t get blasted.
I hope that’s some help in the meantime, but also maybe another thing that’s worth reporting to helpshift?

There’s a slider for the intro video volume:

It doesn’t seem to be working, though Have it at 0, but the intro video still has sound for me.
