Is there atleast ONE NORMAL PVP server - just one server with players on it? I really want to play!

I think the only way to find the server that you are looking for is to buy your own.

They did but now they have hard time populating it which is a common problem.

2. No rules BESIDES tos - no cheating is not legit in that case.
3. No offline raiding cause its easy to abuse - thats why 2h raid window change - you can easily play 2 h daily to defend.

Yeah. Doesn’t seem like there are all that many Conan players out there and most of them seem pretty set on playing their specific version of PvP.
