Is this a new in game Bug?

I have not been in game for over 2 months and I try to login to the game and get “Access Denied. Your access to official servers has been suspended You will have access again on 2023-01-10.” Reason: “Abuse of the claim system to prevent access to resources or building spots.”

Your support is trash as I cannot get anyone nor do you have any way to contact anyone but through snail mail. As I have said I have not been in game for over 2 full months, maybe longer. so I need some answers please help.

Have you tried opening a Zendesk ticket to contact Funcom?

Sounds like you were in a clan and the clan got banned. Unfortunately, that’s how things work, according to the rules:

Any infraction by a player will most likely have repercussions for the entire clan. If you’re not sure your clanmates will abide by the rules you might want to reconsider your membership. And if you do not plan on playing on a specific server anymore it is often best to also leave the clan.
