Thats loot. Crafted by demons. I believe it’s actually a heavy armor peice with properties that make it light. This is Conan so magical properties do exist.
The only way to find out is to recycle it and see what metals you get. Most likely its a misprint. Light and 30 pounds?, it weighs as much as some complete armor sets.
