Aurora from Funcom sent me here, saying I would get help. Is there anyone here who can assist me? I’ve already tried all the previously suggested options (reinstalling the DLC, restoring licenses, launching from streaming, reactivating the system), but I still can’t get past the loading screen in the game! Could it be that the save file is corrupted? I exited the game normally, there were no issues.
Ps: I copied the save file to a USB drive, then deleted it from the PS5. After that, Isle of Siptah launched perfectly. But once I overwrote the new save with the one from the USB, the issue came back. So! Is it possible to repair the save file on PS5, or is it time to give up this fight?
Are you playing offline? If so try logging in to a online game for a few minutes @Protokolldroid .also don’t try bypassing the new seizer warning screen that froze my load when it came out.

Unfortunately the bug report template does not work as intended - not your fault. If you’d like to try again, Pugilist posted a guide here on how to actually get the template to work as intended. I hope that helps.
Blah, no computer so just mention here. If trying to enter Ilse of Septa solo it won’t load, it’ll just crash out. Tried continue, new, and restore license. Still not working.
That sounds familiar - like I’ve read of others having the same problem.
From memory (and I could be wrong) - I think there have been a couple of suggestions that might work for some on PS5 -
Maybe it was to try starting an Exiled Lands game (just to load in) and then go back to try Siptah again. Or maybe it was to try an online game (again, just to start it) and then go back to your save. I might be wrong about those, but let me call a couple of people that might remember better - @stelagel@sestus2009 does any of this sound familiar to you? I think I remember seeing something about this for problems with PS5 offline games?
Well now can’t even get on Ilse of Septa and thats with trying exiled then Septa both offline and Solo offline. Doesn’t freeze on loading but just boots out with error ps5 and restore license and new game deleting old Ilse didn’t work either
Well fellow Exile I wish I had some good ideas . I Don’t play offline except to test some things and that’s been along time ago. And not concerned about the save .I have a Exiles and Siptah server so that is where I have been playing for quite some time. @Udaydar
Hmm… went in and clicked download on Isle of Siptah… it use to be downloaded… be nice if they said after recent patch hey may want to redownload… hopefully this will fix it.
It did weird never deleted it and it used to be downloaded… would think they would tell us have to re download. Since never deleted thought it was still downloaded… or like starting it would have triggered it to download or say something

Question I’m a problem on my server I don’t know what happen I can’t craft about 25 armor sets like pictised and khitan and so on sometimes it let me and sometime it won’t let me like there be days it will let me craft the armor and days it won’t let me craft it I tried everything I done verify files that ddnt work I had the guys do stuff on there end and that ddnt work any idea on how to fix this issue
@Latestaff I have found some armor sets and weapons can only be crafted in particular benches most of my crafting is done in Garrison benches but a few I must use others. Rather annoying. Purchased a new armor set on Bazaar today basically because I had left over coins wondering were I will find that have a great day
