Isle of Siptha is now in pacifist mode. I traveled around 15 minutes an thralls and mobs are not attacking in official server 6111. Even The Judge refuses to fight.

Not happening for me anymore. It lasted for around 30 minutes, then suddenly everything was back to normal again.
