Issues with my thralls

I have three thralls:

  1. Archer II posted on the top of a 1 foundation tall wall but standing behind a fence. My issue with him is he never fires his bow at anything. Can they not shoot over the small fence? I have no problem shooting targets from the same position.
  2. Fighter III with an Iron Pike. My issue with him is that when he does decide to attack something, he never uses his pike. He constantly attacks with his fists.
  3. Fighter III with a wooden shield and iron sword. I dont have many issues with this guy. The only one is that he sometimes wanders about 50 feet or so away from his guard position.

It happens to a lot of people. There are numerous issues with all thralls. What you describe here is but a few of them.

As far as I know, there are no reliable workarounds for these issues.
