So, does anyone know if someone has posted a list of everything that is new for the Isle of Siptah. I for one, would like to see what new placeables are available.

Unfortunately, I do not have a full list of items for you (yet). You should get a decent idea by watching the trailers and screenshots in the blogs, but I understand your curiosity.
Keep an eye on YouTube for content creators’ videos on them and on the forums for blogs and streams by the developers.
