An unauthorized player was able to steal items out of our base on a pve server. This occurred when I was not online.
I have logged out and logged back in multiple times. Looking at the event log showed the evidence of the theft.
Just curious: were you playing at #2014 before the wipe ~50 days ago?
Is this an EU server? All EU pve/pvec servers were bugged a couple of days ago, listed incorrectly and container ownership was off. This enabled other players to steal from containers they didn’t own.
No, I have only recently joined the server maybe a week or so ago. Was this historically a common issue on this server?
Yes, it is an EU server. I had heard of that happening but wasn’t sure if there was any way of getting any of the stuff (that was stolen) back. Its seeming like that isn’t going to happen.
No, I was just curious. It was my main server on Xbox for a while, and I lost all progress, not only materials due to the wipe.
On Xbox I was mostly unharmed by the last two disasters, but I play on PlayStation also.
There I lost on one server (3049) first all thralls as the decay timer reset went wrong and now all materials to another lucky player (well not very lucky because there was not so much valuable stuff).
