Time and time again, I requested transmog - a way to turn off helmets.
Time and time again, I suggested personal obilisks.
I wrote the game off some 2 years ago, feeling as though it will never change. Another project on maintenance mode like AoC. I couldn’t get into SP cuz I can’t for the sake of me, not cheat. Unofficial servers kept wiping. It was official online play, or the highway.
But then Age of Sorcery happened. It’s like all the communities wishes had been granted all at once.
It feels like Conan Exiles has been vindicated at long last, like the Atlantean sword that is finally more than just a decorative meme.
I play a game that now feels complete. Something I can live with - all pet peeves gone. Vathis stopped turning in his grave. @Barnes dances happier, and @Larathiel smelts more at ease, both names mean to me a lot more than it does to most other people - for they were my favorite posters. My friends from waaayy back when.
@Ragnaguard ‘s still kickin’- I’m rocking it out with him daily since the start of the month.
I couldn’t have imagined Conan Exiles to be within the scope of my wishes in official form, and yet here it is.

Feeding thralls and animals sucked so hard, you showed leniency and went back on that.
Isle of Siptah evolved in surprising ways, even after public beta.
It was said that sorcery was a ways away. Some even said it was beyond CE’s scope. “One day” sounded like a Star Citizen grade promise. And yet, here it finally is.
My thoughts went out to that guy who posted about necromancers almost at a daily basis some years ago. He must be over the moon now.
Thank you, Funcom.
You’ve never given up. You lot have done good by me, for all it’s worth.
DUNE:Awakening is in good hands.
