I've just had my named thrall RESET while breaking it was nearly done!

Came on to check if my named thrall was done had a hour or so left and it’s RESET its taken nearly 24 hours for it to reset please please fix your damn game!!!

This happens when the server you are playing on resets. Sadly, there is no fix for this other than re-break it. Luckily, it shouldn’t reset it the whole way if you are at a higher percentage of breaking.

It’s done it 3 times on 3 thrall now

This is a bug we addressed on PC. The patch for consoles going out later today (in about 4 to 6 hours at the latest depending on CERT) will have the fix included, too. Sorry about the inconvenience.
