Gilzan Treasure Hunter and Jamila the Pirate Queen have no dialogue subtitles (Freya works fine). The talk, learn emote, Goodbye menu appears correctly.
Bug Reproduction:
Checked integrity of game files returned to NPC’s and there was still no dialogue.
