Jhil's Harpies don't level followers? Bug?

I am leveling up Janos, so as I am in the vicinity of Jhil’s caves, I think to myself, should be a great place to get xp for follower. While I am killing the harpies(?), there is no indication the Janos is leveling up. Look at his xp, sure enough, 0 gain, only the bosses add xp to the follower. Are we supposed to get xp from the harpies?

On another note, in the cave that has multiple World Bosses, Cannot open Legendary Chest as the Bosses don’t yield the key. Is this because I use blackblood pick to harvest?

No, it should drop a key. At least I always got one, when I farmed like crazy…

When I used the lower tier pick on the bosses, I did get the key, however, after I got the Blackbood pick, no more keys in that particular dungeon.

Well, I only use BB tools… but the last time I was there, was probably December 2019.

I’l go back in there with an obsidian pick, see if I get the key.
