Join button visually remains on loading screen(s)

The ‘selection’ in this image is the join button, which visually remains on the loading screen according to @Sethox.

They describe it as being generally seen in this case:

  1. Play for some time on a server
  2. Server does a daily restart, which brings you to the server list
  3. Use the refresh button to make the server show up again
  4. Click join when the server is shown
