Journal Update Not Working

Journal Entries are not working on UI. It’s been stuck on:

  1. Climb
  2. Drink
  3. Eat

Is there a way to fix this? Can’t keep track of what I need. Logging out and back in does not fix it.
Logged off last night in hopes this morning it might work. Still bugged.

Kill yourself by taking off the bracelet for instance. This seems to fix the issue. Remember to be by your bed or bedroll so you can pick up your gear again.
