Journey - Raider - Convert an Alchemist Not Working

I enthalled a alchemist and installed him in my Alchemy table, with the Journey selected, and nothing happened.

I know sometimes things have to be oddly specific but if I missed anything lmk, seems like its rather important to complete this Journey if you wanna raid better
