Journey step for Obtain a Mount doesn't trigger

Since the last patch, the journey step for “Obtain a Mount” does not trigger. I tried it with a horse. I have done it before the update 2.3.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Put horse in stable
  2. Wait for it to be tamed
  3. Pull it out when done
  4. Climb aboard
  5. Note no change for “obtain a mount” step
