Hello, I am a fairly new player and I just started a new game after levelling my previous character to around level 50. Now I noticed that several steps and even chapters are not showing up in my journey log. Is that normal when I have completed them on another character or is this a bug?

Mods?
That was my first guess too.
I had this actually 2 times, once an update for a mod, second time deactivating and reactivating the mods solved it.
OK, that’s something else…
I also would suspect a mod…
if you don’t use mods, try a integrity check on steam library.
Mods, happened to me as well.
