Journey visual bug since crash

Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE-Conflict
Region: EU

Since my game froze and decided to crash suddenly when i pressed alt+tab my journey is visually reset, i can still see the first steps on the top right corner of the screen and when pressing J everything is grayed out as if i never did it. Please tell me i dont have to recreate my character, i’ve leveled quite a bit.

I feel like there is a fix or trick for this (could be wrong), so hopefully someone with a better memory then I can chime in. Have you tried killing your character by pulling off the bracelet yet? Or resetting the server?
