Just built a Saddler's Worktable. Where do I get a Saddler Thrall?

I just built a Saddler’s Worktable.
So now, where do I get a Saddler Thrall to put there so I can make some high tier saddles and tack?

You put an armorer in the thrall spot for that bench.
