Still 2 bars hot prot, but was the cold prot nerfed?

Are you sure you didn’t craft Silent Legion by accident?
Silent Legion gives 2 bars hot, 1 bar cold.
Redeemed Legion still gives 2 bars hot, 2 bars cold.
I just tested: both the interface and the crafted item show 2 bars.
What may be confusing you is now Redeemed Legion shows up under a new “Recipes From Thralls” category in the crafting menu. You may have to scroll up since the interface is still a little wonky.

I think you can only make Redeemed with a thrall in the workbench…
You had me worried for a bit as to where I was going to get my cold protection since Drowned armors are still broken

Yep, in Siptah you get recipes at the end of each Vault that give some unique bonuses.
